🚀 Excited to share that my first WordPress.org plugin is now live!
After several weeks of development, testing, and going through the WordPress.org review process, I'm happy to announce the release of Order Archive Manager for WooCommerce.
The plugin helps WooCommerce store owners archive historical orders into dedicated database tables, reducing the size of live order tables while keeping archived orders safe and fully restorable whenever needed.
Key Features
✅ Safe transaction-based archiving
✅ One-click order restoration
✅ Dry Run mode
✅ Archive verification before deletion
✅ WooCommerce Subscriptions protection
✅ Batch processing for large stores
✅ Database storage visualization
✅ Archive health monitoring
Building this plugin gave me valuable hands-on experience with:
WordPress plugin development
WooCommerce internals
Database optimization
Custom database architecture
GitHub Actions and automated releases
WordPress Coding Standards
A big thank you to the WordPress Plugin Review Team for their valuable feedback throughout the review process.
This is just the beginning, and I'm looking forward to improving the plugin further with new features, including HPOS support in a future release.
